Basic Website & App Terms

These terms are provided as a basic set of conditions for the use of the WataSport website and WataSport mobile app. By accessing the website, creating an account, uploading content, viewing card values, trading, messaging, buying, selling, or using any part of the WataSport ecosystem, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

WataSport is intended to provide a digital ecosystem around physical cards and stickers, including collection tools, baseline value guidance, ownership support, messaging, trading, sales and auctions. Use of the platform is at your own discretion, and WataSport reserves the right to update, limit, suspend or remove features, listings, users or content where necessary.

Some images, mockups, samples, concepts, product visuals and display materials shown on this website or in the app may be for illustration, design, concept, demonstration or display purposes only. Some such images may not yet carry final license clearance for commercial rollout and should not automatically be interpreted as final licensed production items unless specifically stated.

These terms are meant to offer basic protection for both the platform and its users while WataSport continues to develop. More detailed legal terms, privacy terms, sale terms and platform rules may be introduced in future versions.

Core Principles

Use The Platform Responsibly

Users must use the website and app lawfully, honestly and respectfully, and must not use WataSport for fraud, abuse, harassment, misrepresentation or illegal conduct.

Accounts Must Be Genuine

Any account created on WataSport should use genuine user details and accurate ownership information where required for collections, listings, trading and messaging.

Physical Cards Matter

WataSport is built around real physical cards and stickers. Users should only list, upload or trade cards they genuinely possess or are genuinely authorized to manage.

Values Are Guidance Only

Any baseline card values displayed by WataSport are indicative only and do not create a guaranteed sale price, trade price, auction result or investment return.

Trading Is User-Led

Buyers, sellers and traders are responsible for their own decisions, negotiations, pricing and final trade arrangements, even when using WataSport tools and messaging.

Platform May Evolve

WataSport may change, improve, suspend or remove features, services, listings, accounts or pages without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

1. Website & App Use

The WataSport website and app are provided on an as-available basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability or error-free performance at all times.
Users must not attempt to damage, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, scrape or misuse the website, app, database or any related services.
Users must not upload harmful files, malicious code, spam content or misleading material.

2. Accounts, Login & Profile Security

Users are responsible for keeping login details and passwords secure.
You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access to your profile.
WataSport may suspend, restrict or remove accounts that appear false, abusive, fraudulent, unsafe or in breach of these terms.
You are responsible for the activity that takes place through your account unless reported as unauthorized access.

3. Uploads, Images & Ownership Claims

Users should only upload cards, stickers, photographs and ownership information that they have the right to upload.
Any card or sticker listed for sale, trade or auction should be supported by truthful information and genuine images where requested.
WataSport may request clearer photographs, QR verification, card code details or additional proof before accepting or maintaining a listing.
False ownership claims, misleading uploads or fake listings may result in listing removal, account restriction or permanent removal from the platform.

4. Card Values & Pricing

Any value shown by WataSport is intended only as a baseline or guide.
WataSport does not promise that a card will sell, trade or auction at the displayed value.
Final pricing decisions remain with the card owner and the market.
Values may move over time and may be updated, revised or removed as the platform evolves.

5. Selling, Trading & Auctions

Users are responsible for deciding whether to sell, trade, auction or hold a card.
Any agreement reached between users is made between those users, even where WataSport provides tools, listings, messaging or baseline values.
WataSport may assist with structure and verification, but does not automatically guarantee the actions, honesty or performance of third-party users.
Users should act in good faith and not misrepresent condition, authenticity, ownership or trade intentions.

6. Messaging & Conduct

Messaging tools must be used respectfully and lawfully.
Harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech, scams, spam, intimidation or inappropriate content are not permitted.
WataSport may monitor, restrict, flag or remove harmful or unsafe activity where necessary to protect users and the platform.
Users may be blocked, suspended or removed if messaging conduct is considered unsafe, abusive or unlawful.

7. Display Images, Mockups & Licensing Position

Some product concepts, mockups, sample cards, display images, visuals, team concepts, design drafts and demonstration materials may be shown for presentation or concept purposes only.
Such material may not always represent final approved licensed products unless expressly stated.
WataSport reserves the right to change, remove or replace any display image, concept or draft visual at any time.
Users should not assume that every image shown is final, approved for sale, or commercially released.

8. Ownership Transfer & Status

Ownership records inside the app are intended as platform records only
Transfer status may be updated when a trade, sale or auction is completed
WataSport may request re-verification before ownership changes are finalized
Platform ownership status does not remove the need for users to act honestly and lawfully
WataSport may reverse or review status updates where fraud or dispute is suspected

9. Limitation & General Protection

Use of the platform is at your own risk
WataSport is not responsible for user misconduct, failed deals or off-platform arrangements
We do not guarantee profit, appreciation or trade outcomes
We may remove content, listings or accounts where reasonably necessary
These terms may be updated from time to time without prior individual notice

By continuing to use the WataSport website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you understand these basic terms and agree to use the platform responsibly, honestly and at your own discretion.
